Jeri Summers, RPh

Jeri Summers began working in a pharmacy at the age of 16 and fell in love with helping people get and stay healthy; Jeri had found her calling.

She graduated from Drake University College of Pharmacy and moved to Chicago where was hired by an independent pharmacy. Over her 25 years there, her boss treated her with kindness and enabled a work life balance that allowed her to raise three children, and a beautiful grandchild.

“When the owner passed away, the independent became a corporate, big box pharmacy. This is when I walked into Dundee Pharmacy, met with the owner Irene, and asked if I could be part of their team. I knew that Dundee practiced pharmacy the way it has always meant to be practiced: by caring for each patient as an individual and helping them in every way to manage their health.

“I am proud to be a Pharmacist and to be a part of the great team at Dundee Pharmacy, where patients and employees are shown kindness and true caring.
